Went into this store hoping to discuss engraving and have ring sizes checked for engagement rings for me and my partner. The woman behind the counter was very rude to me from the start, before I even got a chance to tell her what I was looking for. She took one look at me and decided I wasn't a potential customer. Quick friendly service, fixed my watch for a very reasonable price
This place is awesome! I’ve used them multiple times for ring resizing and appraisal and I was not disappointed. It’s a family run business and has homey feel. They give good honest advice and don’t try to upsell you which is something I really appreciate. Edgar is great and is always happy to help. I will definitely keep going back and I definitely recommend them!
