Hired them to do a land reconnaissance report in late summer early fall, 2022…in December he calls asking for payment. ~$800We paid. He said he would send documents and more info on rest of processes to conduct etc. never received anything and now it’s Feb of 2023. This guy seems nice enough but I can never use or recommend him again. In fact I need to call the city where work was performed and let them know as well as try to find other resources to continue on.
