We went online to see what time they opened & it stated 4:00. We went to the front door & it was locked. Went to the glass door & it was open. Got inside & saw their sign that stated they opened at 5:00. It was 4:25 and we were ready to walk out to wait & Armando greeted us & said no problem, come on in & take a seat. He proceeded to bring our drinks & asked for our order, even though we said we would wait til 5. He said no problem & took our order. Armando was very courteous & attentive the whole time. While the service was great the food was Sad. Caucasian Mexican Yes. Authentic Mexican not in a million years. The salsa was tasty but im a salsa whore. Spent the night worshiping the porcelain god. Sorry Rio Azul.
Service was good. The food was the worst. No wonder there was only white people eating there.
First time there last night. Gotta say this was the best Mexican meal I've had since moving to Palm Springs 2 years ago. Flavors were rich and developed. Service was attentive. Fresh Guacamole prepared table side delicious. And you can't argue with their premium margaritas. Mine was the jalapeño with bacon. #unbelievable.
