Nothing. This company did absolutely nothing. They were assigned my issue on 12/4/25. After checking in very regularly, it's now 2 weeks later and they're still unable to come to my property. They now requested an appointment 8 days from now. No thanks. Hard pass. Clearly too busy to even come to my home to take a look at my furnace.
Words cannot describe how horrible this company is. I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time because it's always been haunting me. They truly do not know what they are doing and if you're reading this please stay away! I've been having issues with my AC ever since I bought my house. Scheduled to tune up air con. Called during the scheduled window to say it was too cold to se vice the air con. It was 70* outside. Seems like a pattern of failure for this guy, don’t book him.

Scam company. Never showed up to the appointment, lied to Old Republic warranty company about scheduling, will not call back or respond to text though read receipts are on.
