BELOW 1 - GARBAGE SERVICE - NOT EVEN...EXCUSE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE TO MAKE APPOINTMENT...DO NOT EVEN BOTHER
Nothing. This company did absolutely nothing. They were assigned my issue on 12/4/25. After checking in very regularly, it's now 2 weeks later and they're still unable to come to my property. They now requested an appointment 8 days from now. No thanks. Hard pass. Clearly too busy to even come to my home to take a look at my furnace.
Words cannot describe how horrible this company is. I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time because it's always been haunting me. They truly do not know what they are doing and if you're reading this please stay away! I've been having issues with my AC ever since I bought my house. The first time my warranty company sent me another AC company and they tried to fix it. They mentioned nothing about it being improperly installed.
