We can't thank the Agrace Rockford staff enough for their compassion for my dad and our family. Agrace gave my dad great loving care in his last month. They were able to make him pain-free for his first time in years, allowing him to pass peacefully. Our case manager, Brandon, led a team of nurses and aides -- and probably angels. When the passing came, my sisters and I were ready knowing he was in such good hands.
I am forever grateful and thankful for Agrace Hospice. My father passed with dignity and respect. It allowed me to understand the dying process, so I could be there for my father, unafraid. The nurses were so wonderful. I am blessed, at the end, my father had so many wonderful people with him at Agrace. Words cannot express what that meant to me. Thank you for being the comforting, warm people you are.
