Great work. N it wasn't completely completed. Bathroom light fixure still needs replacement. They told me since they dt have i have to create yet another work order. Other then that all was done fast and correctly.

The new maintenance man by the name of Carlos was very rude, cocky, and disrespectful regarding repairing my AC unit. I had to contact the office director and maintenance supervisor, just to get a resolution. It is really sad how people feel so entitled and can speak to you like you are a child. Only because his shift ended one hour prior to me contacting them about the repair. It's 80+ degrees in Florida. I had already suffered for two days. I never want this worker in my apartment again.
Never came to my house and never replaced my dryer it’s been a week and they say they will comeback and never didn’t
