I visited the office one time. Dr. Pedroza seems like a good guy and good dr but his office staff did not do a good job at all. I left 6 voicemails with no call backs. I sent an email through their portal asking for a call, with no call returned. Asked them to do blood work, and they didn’t do all the tests that they said they would do. Told me I would have to come back in and have blood drawn again for that test.

I am 51, and there have only been a few medical providers throughout my life whom I can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend to others without adding any "except for..." comments, but Dr. Richard is at the top of that short list. Most doctors in Houston are in a constant rush, unwilling to listen to you as a patient, and impatient to shuffle you out the door. This leads to misdiagnosis, poor treatment, & 2nd visits. Dr. Pedroza is takes the time required to do it right. . .the first time

Dr. Pedroza is the doctor I wish I'd had seven years ago. He is professional, thorough, and above all humble. I am now seeing positive results for an illness that I have had for over a decade where all the other doctors I'd seen had given up. I am actually recommending him to everybody I know. He is that good.
