I’ve been looking for over 10 years for a GP. Dr Pedroza took so much time to familiarize himself with me and ALL my ailments. I have a special needs son, and Dr Pedroza goes out of his way to make my son feel included in my health decisions. Dr Pedroza LISTENS. He doesn’t cut you off, doesn’t patronize you, and although he may have a lot of other patients, he makes you feel like you are a priority! His staff is caring and uses a “soft touch” when needed. This health clinic is amazing. The front desk was being manned by the doctors daughter, and she also took my vitals and did the set up. She was extremely friendly and comforting. Typically I have high blood pressure readings at first because I have doctor phobia but my pressure wasn't high at all. I am also a person whose very identity tends to be political to some people (bisexual and transgender.) I had an appointment scheduled for today. I arrive and the receptionist informed me that my appointment had been canceled. Left work early to only arrive and hear this news. I even received a text message confirming my appointment this morning. The receptionist was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. More effort should have been taken to inform me of my cancelation. This is why I try to stay away form these franchise clinics.
Dr. Pedroza obviously enjoys meeting people and he's a very good listener.

I went in because it was time for my medication to be renewed. Dr. Pedroza was on time and the visit went smoothly. Staff is great, and I am well satisfied.

When I first met Dr. Pedroza, he put me totally at ease and I was and am very comfortable with his care and treatment and concern for my overall health. I found him to be one of the easiest medical doctors I have ever encountered to be able to talk to. He and his staff put me at ease from the first visit. I am so glad that I decided to choose his office for my medical needs.
