This place is a horrible disappointing mess. I ordered glasses, they delivered them several weeks later with the wrong prescription. They offered to replace the lenses and eventually on there second try, they found a way to fill with the wrong prescription agin. I tried talking to Dr Danita Sam, the owner and she kept speaking over me and ( without even looking at them ) insisted I was wrong about the glasses having the wrong prescription. Dr. Rishko is he best Eye Doctor in Ventura and LA County. I have been seeing him for over 2 yrs and I am a 36 yr. old with Strabismus (cross-eyed) who has 5 major eye surgeries. He has helped me with my vision, contacts and glasses, vision therapy, eye pain and much more. He is extremely patient, professional and friendly.
