Agoura lock and key was upmost disappointing. I came in wondering about a key that said not to duplicate. There was a nice young gentleman with long black hair. He said I couldn’t duplicate it. I said ok with a smile. Then a guy with grey hair that was half bald came in abruptly. He immediately started to have a harsh raised voice staying we cannot duplicate that.
