iloveKickBoxing .com is a very clean and friendly environment. I am out of shape, but the class is at your own pace. The hour goes extremely fast.
I LOVE ilovekickboxing! This workout is definitely one that strengthens and tones your body, helps you lose lbs., and a great outlet to manage the daily stresses of life.
