I will keep One American Bank side of the business aside from my review, as they have been very responsive and tried to help. But, Agora Lending is rude, in simple terms. They only respond if they want basically. Otherwise, you just have to keep chasing them, which mostly doesn't work anyway. If you are wondering the status of your application, or amended a document upon their request and waiting for an answer, like in my case, good luck with that.
