Everyone beginning with Jodi, the friendly receptionist at the front desk who welcomed us with a warm smile at 6:15am, to Lonnie, the kind nurse admitting Ella & going the extra mile for her (and us!) to Dr. Stecker's expertise and finally Tracey, our post op nurse who was so gentle with her ven though she was groggy and cranky.
