They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
I would recommend this doctor to others. Patient and helpful in making right diagnosis and the staff members are really good.
