I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule.

I just love Dr Ubani. She is very patient, I consider myself to be a hypochondriac, so I am always at the drs office, she does all necessary tests, asks questions. I really honestly can't complain about her or her nurse practitioner. My only issue is front office, and I am not even sure this is entirely their fault. I MUST call several times before I get someone on the phone.
