the Doctor is good but the office stuff is not friendly and a little incompetent I had a procedure scheduled that ended up being canceled and nobody bothered to let me know , needless to say I am looking for a different doctor now
I am a physician myself and I believe that treating patients with respect begins with respecting their time. She is routinely 45 minutes late, not because she takes time with her patients but because she is disorganized...for a colonoscopy for my husband scheduled at 6 pm, she wasn't even in the building at 7:30!!!!
Went to dr Han for a colonoscopy. She discovered a mass that needed to be removed. When I went to my follow up she had already talked to a surgeon who was able to see me the next day. Had she not called it would have taken a month. Really appreciated her concern as it is always a scary time. Btw surgery went well!
I love Dr Han. Yes, I've had to wait before and I've also gone right in to see her. Dr Han and I have discussed her calling to medicine. She is there for her patients. If she had an emergency come up perhaps in the morning during a procedure, I want her to stay there with me. I can wait is someone else needs her!
I should have believed the negative complaints regarding long wait time. Those complaints are TRUE. I waited almost 1-1/2 hours and still hadn't met the Doctor. I called the office before schedule consultation appointment and was reassured long wait time wasn't an issue. WRONG. I left without seeing the Doctor. My time and money are valuable. No Doctor has the right to keep patients waiting. Good thing there are other Doctors to select from that value their patient's schedule.
I LOVE Dr. Han. Yes okay, the wait time in the office is pretty bad/long, but she has always engaged in conversation and is interested in my life. She diagnosed me with Crohns when I first started college and it's been the worst, but she has been more than comforting and guiding through this whole process! THANK YOU DR HAN!!!!
She has the absolute worst bedside manner ever!!!! Stay away from her!
Find another doctor! I've been seeing Dr. Han for over a year now and have become increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication from her office staff. The wait time for my last three appointments have been at least two hours only to spend 5 minutes with Dr. Han. I'm constantly having to call the nurses to get my prescriptions renewed or to remind them to send an order for Lab work and it's incredibly frustrating. Dr. Han doesn't care about her patients and I'm finding another doctor.
Find another doctor. She was very rude and had no time for you. She tells me she accepts my insurance and takes my 40 dollars deductible to later tell me she in fact doesn't accept my insurance? Do you research before the initial consult visit. You've wasted 2 weeks of my precious time where I could have found a doctor to treat my condition! I find the visit very disheartening and I find that she was rather unpleasant. Go find another doctor!
