Dr. Han failed to inform me that colonoscopy procedure has been cancelled. I went through all the steps of preparation for 4 -5 days, arrived to surgical center by 7am, and was told that I was not on the list for that day. Dr. Han didn't even apologize for this incident to me, 75 yr old patient. Rude and Unprofessional. NOT GOING BACK!
Excellent physician, communicates well, genuine care and follow up with care
I have been seeing Dr Han for over 20 years. Yes you may have to wait. Some patients are sicker and need more time. When your very sick wouldn’t you want the Dr to take more time with you? Dr. Han is a very good diagnostician and one of the most intelligent and kind caring doctors I have ever known or worked with.
Unprofessional. Rude. No follow or care.
Dr. Han is very personable and it is a pleasure to talk with her during an office visit. The prep for a colonoscopy is the most tolerable I’ve experienced. I have and will continue to recommend her.
The first time I met with Dr. Han, she seemed to have been accommodating. The second time, she was rude, impatient and extremely condescending toward me. I asked her a question pertaining to my condition and she started huffing and puffing, completely ignored my question, placed her hand on the door knob and proceeded to walk out without a response. She ordered her PA to schedule another appointment in one months' time. I informed the PA that I will not be back in one month's time and that I will NEVER be back again.
I moved my records to Dr. Han following an incomplete colonoscopy with another physician. Good thing because she found a precancerous polyp that was trending badly. She is very direct and I think some interpret her as rude. She is very caring in reality and prioritizes her patients highly. I find her very skilled and she is awesome to me!
Dr. Han may have saved my life, so yup, she rates 5 stars from me. She diagnosed Crohn’s in my small intestine while doing my first colonoscopy. I feel a lot of doctors might have missed this since she sort of went the extra mile (or two inches). I’ve had annual procedures ever since with never a complication. She prescribed a great medicine and I’m alive and my Crohn’s is in remission. This is what I expect from a doctor. Having to wait a few minutes extra sometimes is well worth it.
If you can, literally find ANY other gastroenterologist in Atlanta. This one is the WORST. She is impatient and the overall experience was terrible. Take my word for it- this doctor is complete garbage.
