Honestly everything was going OK at first. I toured an apartment and put in an application. They then called me told me I was approved for the unit. Called me back 5 minutes later to say they made a mistake and someone else was approved before me. Ok, it happens. But then, told me there was another unit I could rent and just needed to book a tour of that one. I recently moved into an apartment in Eastlake, Seattle, and my experience with AGM Real Estate has been excellent. Carrie, who showed me the apartment, was super helpful and always available. This is easily the most poorly managed, unorganized and unreliable rental company I have ever rented from. They found asbestos in our walls and waited days to tell us, they lost record of our parking spot and sold it to another tenant, they took literal days to address a overflowing drain that caused water damage, then proceeded to randomly schedule maintenance without ever communicating when maintenance would arrive or if we were going to be able to let them in, and when that came to be a problem and no one was home to let ... read more
