Horrible experience as a commercial tenant in a building they manage. I’d discourage any landlord who’s looking for management from using AGM
I was looking at one of the apartments and carrie was AMAZINGGG! She was constantly replying to all my queries and questions and was very patient with me. Unfortunately the apartment did not fit for me but if it had parking i would have 100% went with it. Thank you carrie and sorry i bugged you alot on a weekend hahah!! Thank you again!
I recently moved into an apartment in Eastlake, Seattle, and my experience with AGM Real Estate has been excellent. Carrie, who showed me the apartment, was super helpful and always available. She took my calls, replied quickly, and stayed on top of everything throughout the entire process. I was honestly surprised by how fast and easy everything went. This is a review specifically for Carrie. Moving into our new place has been full of hiccups. With some unfortunate circumstances delaying our move in, and soon after a moving in a leaky bathroom. Carrie has always been available and she has always done her best to fix things. We really appreciate her reliability.
