I can’t recommend Tiz enough. Tiz is incredibly knowledgeable, caring and really takes the time to listen. I went to Tiz after experiencing hip pain that had been limiting my weightlifting to about 60% of what I usually lift. The day after seeing Tiz, I was close to getting a deadlift PB. Tiz has really helped me understand what my body needs to remain pain free. I’m incredibly grateful for all that she has done for me and the knowledge she has shared
