I GOT A GREAT SPEEDY AND HELPFUL SERVICE HERE FROM THE LADIES IN THE FRONT AND THE PHYSICAL THERAPISTS VERY DOWN TO EARTH AND JENI SHORT LADY THAT DID MY PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TESTING WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND DOWN TO EARTH/FRIENDLY. I scheduled a Covid test with the Watsonville facility, and waited over 2 hours after my appointment and never got my test. They apologized, but having to wait in a hot car for over 2 hrs just to get a swab done, and having to leave because I couldn't wait any longer is unacceptable. Plus, I saw other patients waiing for Covid tests who after mine get their tests completed. I will never go back to Pinnacle for a Covid test or urgent care, and highly recommend no one use at least their Watsonville facility for any of their... read more
