I am an employer who sends employees to the Modesto facility. Called in today because I had questions regarding our account. Gaby, answered the phone, was polite and was able to get the answers to my questions, Good job Gaby! Great customer service :)
My employer gave me an option on where I wanted to get my work physical done. I called this place to ask about wait time and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. It was seriously like they were trying to chase me away. I guess this company didn't want my employer's money. There's no way I would pick this company to get a work physical done in the future. I don't think they understood that I was doing them a favor by considering them as an option. Extremely ignorant.
