I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The seller responded quickly to my question and was able to customize the ring exactly how I requested. They even sent amazing pictures and videos of the ring being made, which was a really cool touch. Shipping was fast and secure, and the price was very competitive compared to other places I looked. My ring is fantastic! It is so beautiful, we ordered Zoe with a 3.75 carat diamond in platinum. Alex is amazing and completely understands the trepidation customers might feel when ordering something online of this magnitude. Alex was very helpful in answering my questions prior to placing my order. Once I ordered my wedding band he shared photos and videos of my ring as it was being created which was just above and beyond what I expected. Delivery was quick and the ring looked exactly how I had pictured it!
