$42 was a bit excessive, the employees were useless and wouldn't even come out of their booth. The line of customers having the same problem had traffic backed up. The kiosk machines were faulty and no one had a clue on how to resolve the issues.
This parking garage makes entering the hospital easy especially during bad weather. The level that we parked on had direct access to the floor we needed to check in at. Upon leaving there was a machine to scan and pay for your parking. When exiting the ramp you just scan your ticket you got coming in and it lets you out. You can pay here as well but it was very busy when we left and I was glad to be able to just scan and go out. It is also an easy location to get to and get back out of via the thruway.
