They were excellent in helping me and my mom move back home. Thank you Wailan and crew!
These were the most unprofessional group of people who calls themselves movers. Not only was a lot of my possessions broken, ripped, but they wrapped breakable items in my bedsheets. Boxes were shoved in and smashed, stacked so precariously on top of each other , that when I opened the storage facility door boxes fell out on top of me. I have items missing , and when I called I was cursed at and yelled at. I'm still furious to this day .
I am extremely disappointed. I was supposed to have these folks at my house at 11:30am today to move me, and I had to call at noon to find out where they were. I was told their truck broke down, which is understandable, and was told that they would have to push my move to between 2 and 3 today. I requested a phone call before 2 so I could make sure I was back at the house before they arrived. The lady at the office said she'd call me at 1:15. At 2pm, still no call. I tried 8 times to call their main number and no one answere... read more
