RecommendedAs far as my experience goes they are great and very trustworthy. I am from New Jersey and had requested Wailan to take care of the move from one apartment to another without my physically being present since it was not possible for me to fly to Texas due to the Covid situation. As far as moving company goes, this is by far the WORST experience I've dealt with. The price is cheaper than other companies, but it is still NOT worth it. Our move was from Houston to Dallas. Aggie Movers Company promised to arrive in between 8-10AM. They ended up arriving 20-30 minutes late. They brought one small flat functioning dolly for the move. They do amazing work! We were very pleased with their professionalism and friendliness.
This company showed up an hour and a half late. Their workers smelled like weed. They scratched my dresser after DRAGGING it down the stairs without so much as a moving mat. When I pointed it out the workers had me call the owner who asked me how much the damage was, paid me in cash, and left ALL OF MY FURNITURE IN THE GRASS OF MY FRONT LAWN and said they weren’t going to move me. The original estimation was for $350, but when they got to the new house to unload, the movers said their boss didn't want them to unload until I'd paid - and were now asking for $725. I ended up having to pay $500 to get them to actually unload my things.
This is a TERRIBLE moving company. Absolutely do not hire them for your next move. I was scheduled to move out of my apartment on the 30th at 2:30. They did not show up, so I gave them a call and they kept telling me they were on the way but they were just backed up with other customers. I waited 3 hours and he continued to lie saying he would be on his way. This man takes advantage of college students and does not know how to run a business!!!
The guys at Aggie Movers Company are amazing! Very professional and polite. I highly recommend using this company for any move.
