i had a horrible stay the room was beside hwy traffic loud all nite cancelled my reservation for next nite and instead of my charge card being credited i was charged 2 more nights and double pet fee. it took a week to get the extra charges off for the room but the pet fee that was supposed to be credited to my card was charged again 2 times $22.50 plus i was charged $40 on my billThey need to remove $22.50 n credit me $22.50 n $20 for pet fee excessive chargesIf this compa… See more

RecommendedTHE MOST COMFORTABLE BED I EVER SLEPT IN! Really needed a good night sleep after driving all day to get here from Central Illinois. First room given to us was NOT cleaned. Bathroom had dirty towel laying around in it, soap still on the sink and the bed had not even been made. Second room stunk of mildew and still had dirty towels. None of the bathroom soaps had been restocked. Terrible housecleaning will not stay here again.
