I had a horrible experience at Aggrawal Dental Center on Salem ave on 05/11/16 With Dr. Trusha Aggrawal. It was one of the most humiliating experiences that I ever had with a doctor. Pleased with the Ladies working in the office; kind, considerate, professional and helpful. Assisted me with scheduling to meet my needs; finances and coverage from my Dental Insurance. I prefer to have Mrs. Aggarwal take care of my dental needs. She was professional and encouraging when it came to my selection of teeth and the color. Although I enjoy my visits to the Clinic and its staff, Mrs. Aggarwal was out of the office and Mr. Aggarwal had to finish the process. I was not pleased with the way the partials looked. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. They always return my phone calls quickly. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Yes Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Would you recommend this dentist to others? I Already Have Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Not at all! They were always present and attentive Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but very little Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
