Buying a house in Boulder can be frustrating; places go for way over asking price in no time to cash buyers. Norris and Lindsey, however, helped us buy a house that wasn't even listed for a great price in the neighborhood that we most wanted. We couldn't be happier! They streamlined the whole process, setting up all of the necessary inspections, using DocuSign to expedite, etc. All the while, they kept us very much in the loop and were extremely responsive. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
We were so fortunate to have this team helping us to find a rental property in an extremely competitive market. Norris did a tremendous amount of research on the trends in real estate prices over 1,5 and 10 year periods in different counties in Colorado. They then did a mass mailing to various desirable neighbourhoods, and got a couple of responses that led to the property we have now.
Lindsey and Norris were excellent to work with. From now on, we will look to their expertise and guidance in home buying. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and anticipate all contingencies, needs, and wants. Plus, no one knows Boulder County like a native, truly!
