Been with them for over 5 years any inconvenience (replace fridge, fence fell down, ac unit needed replaced) raised the rent. Moving out 2 months before the lease is up they want a fee to put it back up and for me to continue paying on top of that till a new person gets in. Gave them more than a month notice we are moving after 5 years still not good enough. But surely they will keep the deposit and charge me smh ain’t no working with long term tenants they just want you to rent forever

The property manager for our last rental place was horrible!!! We moved out and the place was clean and a month later they charged us for cleaning after workers had been in the house, left the front door open and everything. And I wasn't allowed to do the final walk through either. Kind of shady and just not right!!!
