Personally I have never worked with a realtor who was so dishonest in order to get me to complete a sale. Due to failed inspection and lies Rogerio Alves made about the home. For example, him claiming he had a mortgage on the home and was paying homeowners insurance and for me not to worry that he’d find a policy to cover the condition of the home.
