Worst company every, I paid a year in advanced and then they call all the customers I already spoken too. It was supposed to assist me with leads that I didn't pick up, but instead they call the leads I already spoken to, and bother the clients into getting upset, and in turn charge me penalties. On top of the year in advanced payment. Would not recommend to anyone, I am not even at the end of my contract, and I just want to unplug them, more of a hinderence than an assitant.
I have been successfully using Agent Assistant for 2 years now. I am so thankful that I do not have to worry about missing calls or leads. I highly recommend Agent Assistant to any busy Realtor.
This company is fraudulent! Oh they don’t provide you with any information in hand everything is done through a screen share service we’re all they do is talk about success stories. The people that get you to sign up for a membership tell you facts and information that are incorrect once you have signed up for a subscription you meet with other individuals who tell you the real facts and there’s no way to get out of your contract. I've been using agent assistant for the last couple of weeks and they are doing an awesome job. They are giving me more free time with assisting my clients. They do a great job calling the leads for me. I would definitely recommend agent assistant to any realtor.
