THIS COMPANY IS A FULL ON SCAM!. I CANNOT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH. As mentioned by other complaints they lock you into contract without fulfilling their agreed upon responsibilities in that contract. I was told to expect warm lead call transfers with in the first week of signing up, this NEVER happened. They will lie and do say whatever it takes to get you to sign up, knowing what they are telling you is a lie. My first talk with Joey was pretty high pressure sales. At the end of the presentation he basically asked me to make a decision on that phone call. I had not yet even spoke to my husband so he told me that they don’t like to waste their time at agent assist and offered to call me back in three hours. Thank you Agent Assist, I had been trying to manage my leads on my own for the last couple months. Within a week of starting Agent Assist, I had 3 qualified buyers and one under contract. Was super easy to get set up and the communication on their part has been amazing. Highly Recommend!!
This company lies about their services. They don't really screen the calls and getting support is terrible. I asked them to cancel because I was not happy with the services. Denny the co-founder didnt take my calls. They didn't tell me my request to be let go was rejected. The are trying to over charge me. Now they are telling me to pay $682 for services I don't even use. Don't use them they are a Scam they don't do anything right for qualifying leads.

The speed and volume of the agents who work there is unbelievable! I could never work at that speed. Agent Assistant is necessary if you want to preserve your time to work with buyers and sellers!
