what a sorry excuse for a company. They are poor @ communication w/ me & leads. Days lapse as in response to anything. sales rep lied, paid more for old leads to be scrubbed. waste of $, mafia attitude, forced me to stay. Only benefit is I can write them off as an expense. Thought it would be better than an outsourced call center, but its not. They even called me to scrub me as a lead. didn't put 2 & 2 together that it was me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE ! Promised it would work with zillow calls does not. I called numerous times NO REPLY, I sent numerous emails NO REPLY ! They then charged my credit card on file after the 30 day free trial. I called asked AGAIN to cancel. Spencer said "sorry we know our service isn't working with zillow but we are going to still charge you. its Zillows fault not ours" What kind of crap is that ?I lost many many Zillow leads because of this service not working ! Agent Assist should pay me for the lost Zillow leads ! D... read more
What a waste of money and truly a scam. Their sales team lies, their lead team doesn't actually deliver, their customer service is very unresponsive and lazy. STAY FAR AWAYS FROM THESE CROOKS!
