My first talk with Joey was pretty high pressure sales. At the end of the presentation he basically asked me to make a decision on that phone call. I had not yet even spoke to my husband so he told me that they don’t like to waste their time at agent assist and offered to call me back in three hours. Worst company every, I paid a year in advanced and then they call all the customers I already spoken too. It was supposed to assist me with leads that I didn't pick up, but instead they call the leads I already spoken to, and bother the clients into getting upset, and in turn charge me penalties. On top of the year in advanced payment. Would not recommend to anyone, I am not even at the end of my contract, and I just want to unplug them, more of a hinderence than an assitant.
This company is fraudulent! Oh they don’t provide you with any information in hand everything is done through a screen share service we’re all they do is talk about success stories. The people that get you to sign up for a membership tell you facts and information that are incorrect once you have signed up for a subscription you meet with other individuals who tell you the real facts and there’s no way to get out of your contract. I've been using agent assistant for the last couple of weeks and they are doing an awesome job. They are giving me more free time with assisting my clients. They do a great job calling the leads for me. I would definitely recommend agent assistant to any realtor.
My favorite thing about AgentAssistat is that I don't miss calls. I pay a lot of money for Zillow leads and they keep track so they don't go to someone else.
Signed up for a "free trial" During that free trial I was told that Agent assist would be able to answer my zillow leads during the so called 30 day free trial I received no Zillow calls. I called agent assist numerous times realizing something was wrong. towards the end of the so called free trial a representative then admitted that Zillow made changes to how they generate leads and that Agent assist recognized the issue. With AgentAssistant we don’t lose time. It has freed up our time and reduced the pressure to answer the phone every time it rings. AgentAssistant scrubs the leads and then I can determine when to call. My favorite thing about the service is that it saves time.
