For a first time renter, I really loved and appreciated the experience that agency gave me. Woodie helped me from beginning to end. Communication was on point and addressed in a timely manner. Woody wasn’t awesome property manager. He always made himself available and conducted himself in a very professional manner. I found him to be approachable and easy to talk to. I felt like He did a good job communicating with us. Overall, I would save my time dealing with him was absolutely pleasant
We had a wonderful experience with Woodie! He showed us perfect apartments for our budget & lifestyle - we loved the 2nd one we saw and are living there now! Quick & thorough communication during the entire process. Very secure process for viewing apartments too! The tenant portal is also very easy to use which we appreciate. All in all we highly recommend Woodie with Agency :)
