I was a tenant in the property for almost 10 years and I would say generally we had a peaceful life. Service was good, everything was properly communicated. The move out process was smooth and flexible. As long as all instructions are clear and strictly followed, there shouldn’t be a problem. Thanks to Woodie who communicated to us properly and timely!
Renting through Agency Rentals has been an absolute breeze from start to finish. The application process was smooth, transparent, and hassle-free, which made moving in so much less stressful. A huge shoutout to Woodie and Courtney! Woodie consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and genuinely works to help us get the amenities and setup we need. Courtney is fantastic to work with—she is always easy to reach regarding any building issues and makes a point to proactively follow up with us to ensure ev... read more

I have lived in the complex now for 2 months, and from meeting Eddie at the showing and then getting my keys with Woody has been a smooth process. Everyone is timely, maintenance is always available if needed and the building is secure. Mail is o... read more
