Katie is an absolute delight. Very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. And once again, she listed, viewed and sold our house in about a week!…at a higher price than we were asking. I am forever grateful to Renee & Katie at Agency on the Ave for getting my husband and I our dream home. We toured with them for over a year, saw over 50 houses and they were incredibly patient and hopeful for us. They helped us through multiple offers/negotiations on prior houses that didn’t work out before we finally found our house and were able to close last month.
