The staff were friendly when I arrived, but the insurance information on their website was very misleading. Their FAQ says they “accept most PPO insurances,” but I was told by an employee that they only accept one insurance company. That is not the same thing as “most PPO insurances.” I had already been communicating with them by text message, so I had no reason to think a separate phone call was needed. Patients should be aware of this and verify insurance coverage very specifically before scheduling.
This the 2nd year coming here at this location. The location is clean and welcoming. Raquel was helpful at the front desk. Tonya was prepared with the proper injections when I entered the room. Very kind staff and informative with any questions I had.
