I’ve been going to Ageless Men’s Health for 4 years now and I love the customer service. Very friendly welcoming. The services they provide are just what you’re looking for in Men’s Health
The staff were friendly when I arrived, but the insurance information on their website was very misleading. Their FAQ says they “accept most PPO insurances,” but I was told by an employee that they only accept one insurance company. That is not the same thing as “most PPO insurances.” I had already been communicating with them by text message, so I had no reason to think a separate phone call was needed. Patients should be aware of this and verify insurance coverage very specifically before scheduling.
