This clinic is super nice all around. The staff is all really friendly and knowledgeable. They get you in and out quickly. The receptionist Tonia is super friendly and welcoming as you walk in which makes you feel welcome right as you walk in the door. All around a good experience!
That staff is amazing at this location, every visit starts with a smile from a kind and caring lady named Tonia, who handles appointments quick, efficient and professionally! Has made me feel very comfortable and I could not imagine going anywhere else!
Been coming to the Gilbert location for almost a year now and have nothing but great things to say! From the moment you walk in Tonia always greets me with a genuine smile and asks about my week, remembers things I mention and asks about them later when I see her again. BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC, YOUR PERSONAL PRIVACY IS NOT PROTECTED Employee Tonia Pena, used the database to retrieve personal information for her personal use. Even sending text messages with inappropriate conversation and requests with a patient. I attempted to speak with Tonia and she also lied about it, even though there were plenty of screenshots of the inappropriate contact. These guys do an amazing job. They do the best testosterone treatment by far. They do a very close watch on your progress. They listen to how you feel. I feel this is the best place to go hands down.
