Over the past four years I have been receiving Testosterone treatment at the Ageless Men's Health at 2911 N. Tenaya Way #105. Every week I meet with the receptionist and nurses at this location and the treatment I have received has helped me physiologically and mentally as well. I've always been received at check-in desk with a happy and respectful greeting. Regardless of whether you're insurance covers the service or you're unable to pay out of pocket, the service and professionalism at this office are wonderful. Testosterone replacement, and all the other services they provide can, and will improve your quality of life. Trais and his staff are exceptional clinicians, and straight up nice people.
The customer service is absolutely disgusting. The entire staff from the front desk to the clinic director running the sw location is nothing but a bunch of wallet chasing gold diggers. It's very disheartening men are going for a medical issue, and walking out like they have been hustled by employees at a strip club! Beware, the same testosterone shots can be given by your Dr. without the strip club nonsense!
Idk what the guy up top or below is talking about. You go in get the treatment and be out. They all know you by name and are happy to see you.
Check your insurance claims every visit for they will add services and tripple the rates to try and ripp of the insurance company for as much as they can wich will make you have to pay the excess charges till the annual deductible is met.
Dont even think about going here. Arrogant, rude & very shady people and business.
