The staff are lovely -- very warm and friendly. Unfortunately Dr. Conerly told us our child had several cavities and shamed us at our last visit. We took our child elsewhere for a second opinion, and they could not find a single cavity, saying their oral hygiene is fantastic, yet Dr. Conerly was going to drill and fill multiple teeth. She also talks to us as if our child -- the actual patient -- is not in the room, rather than including them as an active participant in their own hygiene and healthcare.

Based on our experience, the pediatric dentist placed an incorrect filling on my daughter’s cavity, which subsequently led to an infection. When we discussed the issue, her responses focused repeatedly on sugary foods rather than clearly explaining why the cavity was not properly treated and had escalated into a severe infection—one that ultimately necessitated the extraction of my daughter’s tooth. I love the staff at Age One(Crystal). It take me almost a hour to drive to the office from home. I don't mind it, because I know my son will receive the best care.

I took my two girls, 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old to this dentist office and they both squealed in excitement as soon as we walked into the front door, due to the fun color scheme, inviting atmosphere, and PBS kids playing on the tv. The staff were friendly and helpful, Crystal the hygienist was wonderful at explaining her tools and making my girls feel comfortable, and the dentist was equally as friendly and calming.
