Alright. Our unit went down during the 4th of July heatwave and I had another company come by to see if they could fix it (they had done some electrical work recently). They couldn't fix it and thought it was donezo and I'd have to replace the outside unit. They were going to call back and figure out a price the next day. I called Ali for a second opinion and he came out in about an hour and had it fixed in 20 minutes...

Excellent service! The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to properly diagnose the problem instead of guessing. He carefully checked both the outdoor unit and the electrical panel, identified the faulty part, and repaired the system quickly. He explained the issue clearly and made sure everything was working correctly before leaving. I highly recommend his services and would definitely use him again in the future.

Ali was great to work with. He fixed one part of our water heater quickly, is very responsive, and easy to work with. Highly recommend him.
