love the facility and the staff! whoever Rhonda is, she needs to be fired. she does not make sure to follow HIPPA laws and she is extremely disrespectful. the last few times they’ve called be in regards to my daughter, it’s Rhonda and she is snarky and nasty and overall just not a pleasure to deal with.
Absolutely love this pediatric office. They are informative, respectful, and not pushy. They will give you all the best information they have and then respect the decisions that you make for your child. It's always clean and we are always in and out as quickly as any appointment like this can be done
Picked my sick boy up from school and rushed to get there before they closed. We walked in 10 mins before closing without an appointment. Everyone was so kind and didn’t make us feel like an inconvenience. They took us right back without a wait and Ms Amber and her MA took their time and didn’t rush us. I’m so thankful they saw us and got my baby some antibiotics before the weekend.
