I brought my NB here for first appt and it was a great experience! I really wanted a female doctor for the kids and we heard great things about Dr Courtney so that is who we saw and they were all true! She was so nice and so respectful of my choice as a parent. The building was bright and clean with adorable animal and children themed decorations! Didn’t feel scary at all. Perfect for kiddos! We will be switching to ACG!
The receptionist on the left side when you walk in is very problematic and unfriendly makes appointments difficult and uncomfortable this is my third experience with her and her threatening to dismiss my childs care because she is not equipped to handle a two way conversation, I will not be back here as the manager is unfriendly as well instantly came out siding with the staff. I really wanted to stay at this office because it is a convenient location and I have liked Dr.Bohanon. They have always been able to make me a quick appointment with short notice. However, the process to actually get to see her has been horrible. I have had long wait times in the lobby each time, even up to an hour past my appointment time. Any other time, literally any other time and I would have given 5 stars. The office doesn't close until 5:30 but somehow it's after hours at 5:10. Punctuality is everything in this profession and as a parent. If you're closed at 5 change your hours to reflect that.
love the facility and the staff! whoever Rhonda is, she needs to be fired. she does not make sure to follow HIPPA laws and she is extremely disrespectful. the last few times they’ve called be in regards to my daughter, it’s Rhonda and she is snarky and nasty and overall just not a pleasure to deal with.
