I would just like to start by saying how wonderful this doctors office has been ever since I have been bringing my daughter to see them. But the main reason I'm making this review is I would like to nominate the nurse Daniel for the $25 reward. My child is terrified of the strep test and he did such a wonderful job with her she didn't even cry like she usually would after the test. He first let her do it herself then asked if he could try it and she let him. More nurses should work with the children like this!!! He is a grea... read more
The waiting time is always taking forever. The staff aren't friendly. My son never sees a real doctor, just a PA but Rebeka she's the only one by far I've observe is passionate about her job. Everyone else seems like they are not too happy on what their doing others acting like they own the world or something. Geez. Never recommend this clinic to anyone
They didn't call in 2 yr old meds in today . He has flu,strep,and a 102.4 fever!! I want answer and I want them NOW!! After waiting for 2hours just to be seen ! By the time he was gone the office was already closing! Then after waiting to see about his meds. Only to find out they never called them in! The receptionists are rude and incompetent and should not be in customer service. ....I'm done with this cattle call medicine.Dr.D gets 10 stars he is a wonderful human being and unfortunately we will miss him the most
I used to love this place! My daughter has went here off and on since she was born. Service has went down hill more and more every time we go. Waiting time is awful and then when you see the doctor you are basically rushed out and they want to talk over you and not even listen. Took my daughter yesterday and she did have strep and that is all they treated.
