Tengo pocos días haqui pero la verdad me gusta mucho mi apartamento y la atención fue increíble melba la persona de la oficina es muy amable muy eficaz en su trabajo super me ayudo bastante con mi aplicación siempre con paciencia y profesionalismo me encanta el gimnasio la piscina el mantenimiento super !

Great staffs! I highlighted the service of Melbaliz and Loraine at the leasing office. Very helpful at the process and also knowledgeable on answering any questions.

Edit Maintenance is great… but CAM fees are very high for not having access to the amenities we pay for… that’s important for me so I’m looking to move elsewhere if I can’t get in contact with ownership. I also know that the amenities are only available at certain hours like the gym is 8am-8pm but most people work so it seems like they don’t want people to actually have time utilize what they pay for. I love the layout. I give it 2 stars because I'm currently staying here and my 1450 somehow always turns into 1850. The fees are crazy. Maintenance is hard to come by in this little complex. I have had a hole in my ceiling for a month and my water in my tub won't stop running. Not worth it.
