Edit Maintenance is great… but CAM fees are very high for not having access to the amenities we pay for… that’s important for me so I’m looking to move elsewhere if I can’t get in contact with ownership. I also know that the amenities are only available at certain hours like the gym is 8am-8pm but most people work so it seems like they don’t want people to actually have time utilize what they pay for. I love the layout. I give it 2 stars because I'm currently staying here and my 1450 somehow always turns into 1850. The fees are crazy. Maintenance is hard to come by in this little complex. I have had a hole in my ceiling for a month and my water in my tub won't stop running. Not worth it.
I waited to make my review but I love my apartment and the service I received from Jada moving in she is always so polite every time I call.
I give this place 5 stars. I just want to say from the start my experience have been wonderful, all thanks to JADA who works in the front office she got me right in a place no hesitation all with in my time frame that I was on. My apartment is nice no issues at all, all new appliances at a pretty affordable price. I'm extremely greatful. Again Shout out to JADA!
Moved back here at the end of June and love the apartment and everything about it Loraine is the best property manager and if you need anything she’s always there and stays on top of her job she does not mess around!
