Pediatrician did not even bother to listen to the issue. They had their own take on the situation and was just plain out rude

Dr. Thomas is one of the best doctors we have ever dealt with. She is kind, caring, and compassionate. She has been seeing my son since he was about 4 months old and he is now 5. He has had his share of medical issues and she has been nothing short of amazing. There isn't any other doctor we trust our son's life with then her. Just an outstanding doctor. Agave Pediatrics as a whole is amazing.
There is an older woman up front who has no business being up there.. She is crass, rude and apparently extremely bossy. This is not what I need to see or hear when I take my kids to a dr's appointment. This is bad.
Great experience. I've been taking my kids her for 9yrs. Just a little slow. But what doctor office isn't?!
