Food is always hot and fresh. Customer service is outstanding!!
Just had a very disappointing pick up experience at Agave. Hubby went in to order nachos and was asked to pay immediately. That wouldn’t be problem if he didn’t witness the next person come in, place their order and not be asked for payment immediately. Additionally, when the order was announced and hubby claimed it, he was asked to show a receipt. Again, this wouldn’t be an issue if others were asked for the same. Nice Mexican restaurant in a small town. We asked our 8 year old where he wanted to go for his birthday and he said, “the place we went to last year.” That was Agave. The food was good and the service was friendly. We had a bit of a wait for the food. But no issues.
Waited over a hour for food. Never came. Paid for drinks and left: pathetic service!
