I'm not sure if I would recommend yet. I'm not to comfortable with my starting plan. it was my first time visiting a podiatrist. they had my xrays but after coming home I realized that an MRI would have to be done to show any ligament tears due to plantar fasciitis especially for the fact that I have artristis in both my knees and lower back. Doctor Couch was so good with my husband with Dementia! Knew exactly how to calm him so she could care for his feet!
I saw Dr. Couch for my first visit and I just love her! She listened to what I said, did a thorough exam and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. The front office girl and the tech and transcriber were all wonderful and pleasant. I highly recommend Agave Foot Specialists.
Took time off work for an appt that was set up last week. When I got there they didn't have me on the schedule. They had all my information...just neglected to put me on the schedule after they provided me the day and time for my appt. Then they say they can get me in next week. Next week?!? This was their error, not mine, and they want me to wait another week. No thanks, I'll take my business somewhere else.
I have been a patient of Dr Couch for twelve years. I just had my second surgery with her. Wouldn't have done it with any one else. Her and her staff are always very professional and caring. I would give more stars if I could. From someone that stands on their feet eleven hours a day on concrete I can easily say Dr Couch is the Best!
