Very good place. Dr Stoeckmann is a very caring doctor and the other providers are good too. The office staff is friendly as effective.
This review is based on experiences from a few years ago. Dr. Schatzki would not give patients the time they deserved, and was abrupt and very brusque with me when I tried to advocate on behalf of a seriously ill family member. (I have a medical background). It appears that they are interested in quantity of patients seen, not quality of care. Unfortunately, this is the trap that many physicians fall into these days. not that long of a wait, excellent staff and dr.Macko is a great dr.
We have been patients since 2005, my wife walked into the office when two doctors were arranging sits before the gran opening, fact that Dr Schatzki always remembered. Two years ago after I lost my job there was a dispute with insurance regarding my daughter that caused us to fall behind on one payment. It was paid a few months later. This was the only time we had a delay on payment but there were plenty of front office errors thru the years. I have had very good experiences with my Dr ( Dr stockeman) and with Brittany when I couldn't get in to see my Dr. The whole staff is there to take care of you. I recently broke several ribs and they are being very helpful and making sure I am getting the best care I can get
