I have been going to Dr. Harrel since she was at Banner. She’s empathetic and has always treated me well. She’s helped me manage chronic illness and has always made me feel comfortable for my women’s wellness visits. After being treated poorly by several doctors, I’m extremely grateful for Dr. Harrel as she’s never made me feel crazy about my concerns. Her team is always so kind and personable and I’ve never had a bad interaction with anyone. I recommend her to anyone that I know!
Dr. Harrel does an ok job. Unfortunately, the office is poorly run. I was just charged a no show fee even though I did come to my virtual Appt, but was upset at $183 charge for 20 min lab review. No communication about the amount was made before my appt for the office. You cannot even get anyone on the phone to clarify costs/appts/prescriptions/labs, except when they are about to charge you for your appt. My labs are from November. Dr.Harrel is rude to employees. Doctor rushes everything, I didn’t feel comfortable. MA seemed very embarrassed.
I absolutely recommend!! Dr. Harrel is highly skilled and knowledgeable. All staff members such as Dr. Harrel, Jen, and the front desk are so kind and helpful. They are the best 😄
