So many negative things to say about this realtor. Extremely unprofessional. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Only has communication when confirming the monthly rent payments. But no communication outside of that. They hardly repair anything for tenants. Paint on walls on move in was ATROCIOUS. And it was just white paint. The real estate agents for this firm are a nightmare for the buyer and seller. They are pushy and demanding and will make your escrow a prolongued nightmare of privacy invasion, uncertainty, and poor communications. They do not have the experience needed to manage a home sale or purchase. If they become involved in your real estate transaction, RUN.
